Cukup modern, bisa menggunakan bpjs, pelayanan yang baik, cukup bersih, , tempatnya efektif tata letaknya dan tersusun rapih, aksesnya yang mudah dan dekat jalan, dekat dengan pasar. Namun mungkin di tambah dengan cleaning servisnya agar lebih steril lagi.

Pelayanany bagus, antriannya memang panjang tp wajar krn namanya jg puskesmas pasti antri. Utk petugas nya baik2, dilayani dengan ramah. Fasilitasnya jg cukup baik. Semoga semakin baik

Fasilitas nya sudah lumayan ok , tapi heran sama pelayanan nya masih minus banget . Apalagi dari para petugas nya , pada jutek judes gaada ramah ramah nya dan sopan ke pasien/keluarga pasien . Dari mulai petugas pendaftaran , astaghfirullah judes nya bukan main dah ah . Tingkatkan lagi 5S nya untuk semua pasien dan keluarga pasien . Etika mohon diperbaiki ???

Moreover, from the officers, at jutek bitch there is no friendly and courteous manner to patients/patient families. From the start of the registration officer , astaghfirullah bitch , it 's no joke ah . Increase the 5S again for all patients and their families. Please improve ethics ???

Tidak ada prokes ,antre ga berjarak duduk juga bahkan anak2 banyak ga pakai masker . Nomor antrean g pakai mesin banyak kontak apalagi dengan uang tangan g steril termasuk dokter . Megang uang gunanya apa sarung tangan kalau pegang uang ?

Poli covid19 di puskesmas cikuya sangat mengantri seperti antri sembako, tidak ada petugas yang mengatur antrian, tidak ada jaga jarak, ketersediaan tempat duduk kurang, pelayanan sangat LAMBAT, Saya sudah hampir 2 jam tidak dipanggil2, sangat tidak professional

Orang berobat dokternya banyak cerita covad covid covad covid, dikasih obat sembuh mah kagak udh 2x balik tetep aja ga ngefek udh tau obat pertama ga ada efek dikasih lg obat yg sama lg kan ??????

Bagi saya, Puskesmas Cikuya sangat membantu saya yg saat itu kena asam lambung. Saya tidak sanggup antri maka saya minta diantar ke IGD. Di IGD, Alhamdulillah saya ditangani dengan ramah. Saya datang sendiri, maka saya dibantu untuk membuat kartu pendaftaran. Saya tau, ini puskesmas yang ramai, tapi pada saat itu, Alhamdulillah pelayanan sangat baik dan ramah. Bahkan, saya heran dengan salah satu pasien yg marah kepada dokter di IGD. Padahal, dokter di IGD sudah tepat, dan mereka memang menangani bagian IGD, bukan poli lain. Saya melihat langsung sikap pasien yang sewot itu. Mungkin karena dia lama antri.mungkin. dan Alhamdulillah, saya cocok dengan obat yg diberikan dokter dan perawat. Saya ucapkan terima kasih untuk Bu dokter di IGD dan perawat yang sudah membantu saya. Semoga Allah membalas kebaikan ibu semua.
For me, the Cikuya Health Center really helped me, who was suffering from stomach acid. I couldn't stand the queue so I asked to be taken to the ER. In the ER, Alhamdulillah, I was treated in a friendly manner. I came alone, so I was helped to make a registration card. I know, this is a busy puskesmas, but at that time, Alhamdulillah, the service was very good and friendly. In fact, I was surprised by one of the patients who was angry with the doctor in the ER. In fact, the doctors in the ER were right, and they did handle the ER, not other polyclinics. I saw firsthand the attitude of the patient who was irritable. Maybe it's because he's been in line for a long time.. maybe. and Alhamdulillah, I am compatible with the medicine given by the doctors and nurses. I thank the doctors in the ER and the nurses who have helped me. May Allah repay all of your kindness.
