★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan saat sakit tapi tidak bisa minta surat istirahat, kalau hanya berobat saja di kantor juga ada...masa iya harus opname dulu. Kita merasakan disaat kita sedang benar2 tidak bisa konsentrasi bekerja atau memang bisa kerja saat itu. Tolong diperhatikan. Terima kasih.
 An unpleasant experience when you are sick but you can't ask for a letter of rest, if you only have treatment at the office there are also times... you have to be hospitalized first. We feel when we really can't concentrate on work or can really work at that time. Please note. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ puskesmas cisoka tidak bagus, pasien masih sakit d suruh pulang kata ya udah sembuh, dokter macam ap itu, dokter ya ga bisa kerja cuma nyari duit doank

cuma catatan aja Yg mau biar cpt jangan lupa Ktp nya sama KK di fotocopy dulu sblm datang...
the service is fast.. good ?.. The directions are clear.. the midwife is responsive. ok.. I didn't choose the wrong health facility. ??
Just a note. If you want it to be fast, don't forget to photocopy the ID and KK first before coming...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk dokter jaga nya tolong diedukasi lagi.. Bicaranya jgn ketus.... Pasien ga diperiksa tensi darah & detak jantung. Cuma ditanya2 doang. Dan tdk diberi surat keterangan dokter.
For the doctor on duty, please educate again. Just asking. And not given a doctor's certificate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sepengalaman saya kurang memuaskan/baik dalam sisi pelayanan serta metode antrian yang diberikan.
Dalam berbicara pada pasien juga kurang beretika, sangat ketus dan tidak memberikan solusi dalam keadaan yang ada.
In my experience, it is not satisfactory/good in terms of service and the queuing method provided.
Talking to patients is also unethical, very curt and does not provide a solution in the current situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget, baru kali ini berobat dipuskesmas salah kasih obat, anak saya sakit telinga malah dikasihnya obat tetes MATA , untungnya sy teliti pas sampe rumah, besokannya sy balik lagi karna anak saya telinganya masih sakit sy sekalian juga mau minta obat tetes nya, pas sampe saya langsung bilang salah kasih obat kesemua dr daftar , dokter , sampe ke tempat pengambilan obat.. (tapi sama sekali gada yang minta MAAF) sy tau sy berobat murah sy berobat dsini karna taunya ini aja dan sy baru pindah daerah sekitar puskesmas..?
I'm really disappointed, this is the first time I've been treated at a health center, I gave the wrong medicine, my child has an earache and he's even given EYE drops, luckily I was careful when I got home, I'll be back the next day because my child's ear is still hurting, I also want to ask for the drops, when I arrive I immediately said that I gave all the medicines from the list, the doctor, to the place where I took the medicine... (but absolutely no one asked for SORRY) I know I'm getting cheap treatment, I'm taking treatment here because I know this and I just moved to the area around the puskesmas..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aneh berobat di sini, pasien cuma di tanya aja gejala, tnpa ada penanganan, langsung ambil kesimpulan, ya saya tau kita bayar murah, serasa berobat di dukun ...
It's strange to get treatment here, patients are only asked about symptoms, without any treatment, immediately draw conclusions, yes I know we pay cheaply, it feels like treatment at a traditional healer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ga jelas, pasien bilang batuk sudah sebulan lebih.. makanya pasien minta rujukan malah ga dikasih, dikasihnya obat, obatnya ga jelas lagi.. Dikasih 3 jenis, batuk pilek dan pusing, padahal dokternya udah nanya pilek sama pusing ga, pasien padahal sudah bilang nggak... nyari duit gitu amat... Kerjanya ngasal banget... Ga berkah bu, mba yang duduk dipendaftarannya ditanya malah di judesin.. Orang pada gini amat sifatnya... Low attitude

Was given 3 types, coughing runny nose and dizziness, even though the doctor already asked for a cold or dizziness or not, the patient has already said no... looking for money like that...
