★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi berada di gang sebelah Taman Makan Pahlawan. Bisa dilalui motor atau mobil, kawasan parkirnya juga luas. Keadaan di ruang tunggu lab nyaman karena bersih dan sejuk serta tata ruangan rapih. Keadaan saat pandemi juga diatur yang di dalam ruangan tidak boleh terlalu ramai. Jangan lupa mengambil nomor antrian saat masuk ruangan. Dari segi pelayanannya sangat oke dan informatif. Semoga pelayanannya selalu baik. Good services.
 The location is in the alley next to the Heroes' Food Park. Can be passed by motorbikes or cars, the parking area is also wide. The condition in the lab waiting room is comfortable because it is clean and cool and the room is neat. The situation at the time of the pandemic is also regulated which means that the room should not be too crowded. Don't forget to take the queue number when entering the room. In terms of service, it is very good and informative. Hopefully the service is always good. Good services.

Staf administrasi di depan saya gak tau ada masalah apa dihidup mereka tapi pelayanan ???? memberi informasi berbeda beda (tgl 3 Feb 2022 saya tanya utk hasil bisa kapan dikatakan bila datang pagi jam 09.00 hasil bisa siang, saat hari ini sy dtg tgl 4 Feb 2022 saya sdh dtg pagi jam 08.56WIB dikatakan hasilnya SENIN, pdhl sdh sy jelaskan kemarin bahwa senin sudah pemberangkatan dan dibutuhkan hasil sebelum hari tsb), lalu saat menjawab terkesan nyolot apalagi yg ga pake kacamata, ditanya baik2 jawabnya tidak ramah, tolong ditegur yaa, wajar kalau warga tidak tahu itu NANYA, atau mungkin dibutuhkan orang yg lbh mumpuni di front office (ramah, tidak disinformasi, tata krama baik) semoga bisa lebih baik kedepannya, sisanya seluruh pelayanan, kantor dan gedung bersih dan baik. Security guards and laboratory staff are good, friendly, open. The administrative staff in front of me didn't know what the problem was in their lives but the service gave different information (on February 3, 2022, I asked for the results when it can be said when it comes in the morning at 09.00 the results can be in the afternoon, today I came on the 4th Feb 2022 I arrived in the morning at 08.56WIB and the results were said to be MONDAY, although I explained yesterday that Monday is already departure and results are needed before that day), then when I answered I was impressed especially those who didn't wear glasses, asked nicely, the answer was not friendly, please reprimand me , it's natural that people don't know it's NANYA, or maybe someone who is more qualified at the front office is needed (friendly, not disinformation, good manners) hopefully it can be better in the future, the rest of the services, offices and buildings are clean and good. Good luck for the future
