★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Yang parah bangeetttt...sudah antri dari jam 7 an dapat no antrian ke 12..sudah di cek tensi, berat badan...tinggal nunggu di panggil dokter ...udh jam 10 gak di panggil2...saya tanya ke petugas ternyata berkasnya hilang tercecer..sistem macam apa seperti ini.. akhirnya disuruh daftar ulang lagi, cek suhu badan, berat badan dan tensi...OMG gak profesional bangettttt......kapoookkkk berobat disini...tolong dunk pelayanannya ditingkatkan lagiii...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugasnya Ramah, alhamdulillah dilayani dengan baik. Kalau mau ke sini, ambil nomor antrian dulu, nanti bukannya jam 08.00 WIB. Setelah itu antri daftar kemudian tunggu saja namanya dipanggil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong di edukasi lagi staffnya, masa KIS katanya gabisa digunakan karena beda daerah faskesnya! Dan bisanya cuma pas darurat doang.

Puskesmas ragajaya.
Katanya bisa cek darah.
Saya udah jelasin keluhanya apa. Dan asam urat saya udah mulai membaik. Dokter bilng gk usah di ambil darah. Justru saya pengen tau selain asem urat penyakit saya apa. Ttp bilng gk usah. Dia malah kasih obat yg sama yg saya punya di rmh.
Soalnya ini kepala rasanya berat dan kalo jalan keleyengan.
Ya mudah"an sih gpp. Cuman kan setidaknya cek aja. Jjr saya kecewa. Ngapain saya antri dari pagi. Di kasih obat malah buat asem urat. Obat yg sama saya punya di rumah.
