β β β β β Giving my insights as a returning customer of Uniqlo. Iβm very disappointed with the service here. I had shopped in multiple branches here in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan and the US but I was taken aback by how complicated my transaction went here.
They had this promotion during their grand opening where you can get Rp100,000 voucher when you make a Rp600,000 transaction or above. Long story short they denied my voucher for having a slight tear on the corner (it doesn't even have a barcode or series number). The cashier tone was kinda rude and empathetic as well and thatβs what frustrates me the most. worst Uniqlo experience ever. If youβre not willing to let people use that voucher then better don't give it out in the first place.
Still I need to give Pak Ryan (Margo Cityβs manager) a big shout out for helping me and backing me up through this frustration... He was very kind and helpful though I ended up not using my voucher. Thanks a lot and great job Pak Ryan ??

Fast growing fashion retailer especially in Greater Jakarta. With huge compound in every shopping mall makes shoppers enjoy the ecosystem that already made conceptually. Targeting every line of age, men-women/ unisex make the brand lovable with high quality product. Happy shopping and have fun ???????

Uniqlo is one of my favorite clothing brand. Minimalist design, lightweight and durable. A little bit expensive but totally worth it.
Uniqlo is a Japanese company in the fields of product planning, production, distribution from formal clothing to sportswear for both weather *summer and winter*. I started to know Uniqlo since 2008 until now I still like Uniqlo products. I highly recommend Uniqlo this is the best place if you want to find clothes with good quality at affordable prices.
The staff are very kind and professional. ?
