★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just ate there, we ordered a few meals, appetizers came when we almost finished the main dishes.. and our California roll never came, even the other guests who came after us, got all their meals first. After all finished eating, california roll still never came, so we canceled the order, and when we pay, they charged us 2 of the same meals. Very disappointed, very bad service, the meals taste not delicious, and cash only payment, what???? This will be our first and last visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hereby writing this rating for Ramen1 located in D Mall, Depok. It is just open so google doesn't have the location.
I was really dissapointed for the service. They charged me for service cost, yet their service was worst. We needed to wait for around 40 minutes for the food to come out. I asked for the menu twice. Other costumer sitting beside me who came later than me got the menu list first.
The waiters did not really hear that the costumers asking for assistance. They didn't know which one come first.
I got my ramen after asking and complaining why the costumers siting next to me got their food first, even I did the order first! The ramen was just so so. And when we were eating the food, there was a girl waiter deliver our food! Like how on the earth she didn't see us eating! At that moment it was 50 minutes later after we arrived.
It was really not worth it, for the price and the time spent, really the worst ramen experience I've ever had in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting floor, table, chair have food stain on them and the portion is like hamster portion and egg is over cooked taste like rubber and noodle is also over cooked and falling apart, the chicken teriaki is just chicken i cant taste any of the teriaki sauce, the temperature inside is unstable yea i gave 1 star and i never going back there to eat

Edit: have a bad experience with ramen1 at PESONA SQUARE. Long waiting for the dishes to be ready. Unfriendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a cozy place to have lunch. I love the interior, looks so natural and fresh. But the place isn't really strategic. I couldn't find it when I went to Margo City another time. My favorite dish here was the bento. It's a full course and it tasted good. The donburi also was good too even with less topping. But the ramen here tasted a bit weird. Maybe they tried to suit Indonesian tongue, I don't know. Not recommended.
