★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pertama saya datang ke sini, tempatnya sulit terjangkau, pas saya datang, saya d layani oleh petugas/karyawan d sana sangat tidak profesional saat saya bertanya seputar undangan d sana, saya d jawab dengan jutek, tidak sampai d situ. Pencetakan undangan nya pun lama, dan lebih buruknya lagi saat draft yang sudah saya setujui dengan apa hasil yang d cetak tidak sesuai sehingga membuat saya benar-benar sangat kecewa. Dan saat saya minta di ganti harus menunggu dengan waktu pengerjaan sama, padahal waktu sudah mepet dan harus d sebar. Tidak ada prioritas dari hasil kesalahan Meraka untuk memperbaikinya atau bertanggung jawab atas kesalahannya mereka. Alhasil apapun hasil kekurangan nya, saya/konsumen tanggung. Untuk harga dan kualitas sama dengan percetakan yang lain.
Kesimpulan pengalaman saya saat order d sini sangat mengecewakan dan tidak akan pernah mau mencetak apapun d sini lagi
First I came here, the place was difficult to reach, when I arrived, I was served by officers / employees there very unprofessional when I asked about invitations there, I answered jutek, not until there. The invitation was printed a long time ago, and even worse when the draft that I had agreed to with the results printed did not match, which made me really very disappointed. And when I ask to be replaced, I have to wait with the same processing time, even though the time is already tight and must be spread out. There is no priority from the results of their mistakes to correct them or take responsibility for their mistakes. As a result whatever the results of its shortcomings, I / consumers bear responsibility. For the price and quality the same as other printing.
The conclusion of my experience when I order here is very disappointing and will never want to print anything here again
