★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Cheap. Helpful design staff. They would normally help out to tweak your printing materials a little bit, unlike other printing service providers who would charge you for that.
Cons: Front desk sometimes irresponsive, not too helpful, or too much staring at their pc screen while there are customers standing waiting for their response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is highly not recommended. The staff is always on their phone and they cannot print document with .doc type only approve for pdf and their reason, it doesnt make sense. How terrible they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a good choice for professional needs. QC is so bad. I had 3 vinyl orders, 1 of them was good, 1 was messy (the cut was not lined up with the printed images so i had to wait and visit the place the next day which is annoying), and the last one had some ink smudges on them.
