Potensial Positif:
Desain unik dan modern, green house dengan langit langit yang tinggi, terlihat mewah namun tetap minimalis, konsep impian One Gate / Cluster, bisa request custom bagian dalam sebelum pembangunan. Sampai saat ini belum terkena banjir yang berarti kecuali genangan saja karena parit irigasi yang tertutup sampah. Cara pembayaran yang variatif (cash keras, cash bertahap, cicilan bank katanya syariah).
Aktual Negatif:
Pembangunan lambat, spesifikasi bangunan yang tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Konsep Green House yang asri dan segar. Suhu ruangan tanpa AC pada siang hari mencapai 33 derajat Celcius hingga malam hari jam 11 malam turun secara bertahap hingga 28 derajat pada jam 4 subuh (ini kemungkinan karena ruang plafond yang rendah walaupun langit langitnya tinggi).
Konstruksi dan Grade material yang berbeda-beda tiap unit rumah. Untuk 3 unit awal yang dibangun, kualitasnya sangat buruk. Dinding retak dan bocor saat hujan, Talang air tidak dapat menampung air saat curah hujan tinggi berakibat rembesan ke dinding dalam. Pemasangan keramik dinding kamar mandi yang tidak rapi dan kopong. Dinding dalam rumah yang miring. Cat dinding yang menempel di baju saat kita menyender, Cat eksterior yang tidak mampu melindungi sebagian aksen kayu dan papan dari jamur dan lapuk.
Namun untuk pembangunan unit unit baru, mulai ada perbaikan. Hal ini baik baik saja bagi kami, namun seyogyanya para pembeli pertama adalah modal bagi developer untuk membuktikan bahwa mereka amanah.
Salah satu hal yang kurang adalah tidak ada nya unit contoh yang khusus. Developer menggunakan unit yang sudah jadi namun belum ditempati, untuk digunakan sebagai show unit saat ada calon pembeli.
Saya berharap segera dilakukan perbaikan menyeluruh yang benar benar diupayakan.

Positive Potential:
Unique and modern design, green house with high ceiling, looks luxurious but still minimalist, One Gate / Cluster dream concept, can request custom inside before construction. Until now it has not been hit by significant flooding except for inundation due to irrigation ditches covered with rubbish. The various methods of payment (hard cash, gradual cash, said bank installments syariah).
Actual Negative:
Construction is slow, building specifications are not in accordance with the Green House Concept Plan which is beautiful and fresh. The temperature of the room without air conditioning during the day reaches 33 degrees Celsius until the evening at 11 pm gradually decreases to 28 degrees at 4 o'clock in the morning (this is probably due to low ceiling space even though the ceiling is high).
Construction and Grade of materials that are different for each housing unit. For the first 3 units built, the quality is very bad. Walls crack and leak when it rains, gutters cannot hold water when high rainfall results in seepage to the inner walls. Installation of bathroom tiles that are not neat and hollow. Sloping inner wall of the house. Wall paint on the clothes when we lean in, exterior paint that is not able to protect some wood and board accents from mold and weathering.
But for the construction of new units, improvements have begun. This is fine for us, but the first buyers should be the capital for developers to prove they are trustworthy.
One thing that is lacking is that there are no specific sample units. The developer uses ready-made units but not yet occupied, to be used as show units when there are prospective buyers.
I hope that a comprehensive overhaul will soon be made.
