★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk kelas perumahan subsidi bangunannya bagus, double dinding dengan habel. Lokasi di belakang pasar serang, dekat banget sama MetMall Cileungsi, jadi bisa nikmati fasilitas dari perumahan lain yg jauh lebih lengkap. Ke pintu tol burangkeng cuma 5 menit. Perumahan PROSPEK bagus, cumaaa... kurang promosi. Coba pakai IKLAN ADS di instagram atau facebook, iklan berbayar. pasti laris manis. sayang karena banyak yg blum tau bagusnya perumahan ini. Mskipun yg udah terbangun dan dihuni juga banyak. Smoga jadi masukan buat Developer biar cepet sold out.
For subsidized housing class, the building is good, double walls with habel. The location is behind the Serang market, very close to MetMall Cileungsi, so you can enjoy facilities from other housing that are much more complete. To the Burangkeng toll gate only 5 minutes. PROSPEK housing is good, it's just ... lacking in promotion. Try using ADS ADS on Instagram or Facebook, paid advertising. definitely selling well. unfortunately because many do not know how good this housing is. Even though there are a lot of people already built and inhabited. Hopefully it will be input for Developers so that it will quickly sell out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk cari rumah low-budget Awani Square bisa dipilih, karena apa? Bangunannya speknya subsidi plus, dinding double, atap baja ringan. Haga bersahabat. Soal fasilitas kita bisa nikmati fasilitas dari perumahan sekitarnya spt Metropolitan Mall yang cuma 5 menit dari perumahan. Dekat juga ke pintu tol setu selatan, dekat ke Tambun, dekat ke kawasan industri. Gak banjir. Cuma satu kurangnya, kurang Promosi aja perumahan ini. Padahal bagus bgt dg harga segitu dapat rumah yang oke punya. Smoga segera aja dibangun blok C dan blok A, juga gerbangnya
To find a low-budget house, Awani Square can be chosen, because of what? The building is subsidized plus spec, double walls, lightweight steel roof. Haga is friendly. Regarding facilities, we can enjoy facilities from surrounding housing such as Metropolitan Mall which is only 5 minutes from housing. Also close to the South Setu toll gate, close to Tambun, close to the industrial area. Not flooded. Only one lack, just lack of promotion of this housing. Even though it's really good at that price to get a house that is okay to have. Hopefully block C and block A will be built soon, as well as the gates

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya tertarik ingin membeli rumah disini karena lihat di sosial media marketing nya bagus banget, tapi setelah survei cek langsung ke lokasi ada beberapa pertimbangan
1. Jalan ke lokasi adalah jalan kampung jadi fasilitas umum seperti sekolah dan unit kesehatan agak jauh
2. Papan nama perumahan belum ada, jadi kalau tidak cek map atau nyoba masuk ke dalam tidak akan tau
3. Dari jalan raya ke rumah yg sudah ready dan ditempati jauh sekali, sebenarnya tidak masalah tapi harusnya jalan diperbaiki. Kondisi masih apa adanya belum ada sentuhan perbaikan.
4. Kondisi perumahan sudah ramai, banyak anak kecil. Saat sore banyak warga bersosialisasi kumpul di depan rumah dan warga ramah" sekali
5. Tiap gang sudah terportal
Sementara cari info perumahan lain untuk pilihan. Terimakasih semoga membantu ?

3. From the highway to the house that is ready and occupied far away, it's actually not a problem but the road should be repaired. The condition is still as is, no repairs have been made.
4. Housing conditions are already crowded, many small children. In the afternoon, many people socialize together in front of the house and the people are very friendly
5. Every alley has been ported
