Super enjoyed and comfie with doctors and therapist who handled me.. The place is super clean, very homie, and of course the price is affordable.. will be more often to coming here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got a liposuction (for my tummy, arms and back) January this year and I am really loving the results! It has been a bit more than 4 weeks since I have got the procedure done and now I can fit into XS t-shirts. I love how I become much slimmer and have a more hourglass figure, also my abdominal muscles become visible, and my back folds disappear. I am definitely loving the new contours. I am really thankful to Dr Enrina, because she is such a great plastic surgeon and is attentive to me during my recovery process. The nurses in this clinic are also really great, they are very nice to me when they did my lymphatic massages. The recovery was painless as well, I just had to wear the compression garments after. What's even more exciting is that Dr Enrina told me to expect even more results within 6 months because the swelling would be mostly gone by then. I am now so motivated to continue my workout and eating healthy! This procedure is totally worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laser hair removal didn't work and all hairs came back after almost 20 sessions ?. Also not very afforable. I would not recommend it in the long term treatments. Its not worth it. Also I bought even more laser hair removal packages but wheb I tried to contact them there was no response. Nothing. I am very dissapointed in their services. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment last week, received a confirmation email for the appointment, booked my accommodation and travelled there at a significant cost to find the clinic closed. I tried phoning both jakarta and bali offices. No answer. I emailed requesting urgent response, still no reply!
I find this disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially as I sent an email prior to my appointment to reconfirm my appointment and did not receive a response either. Can't believe a professionals would treat their clients and patients this way! They've lost my respect and business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give zero star if it has the option. I bought 6 times hair removal packet and used 2. First it is not working. Second, now they need to do a pcr test which is 2m cost before I came to finish my session. I asked for refund because it is non sense cost for me to continue. And they said ok. However, after 2 months, they still not give me the refund and I tried to call them and WhatsApp them again, no response… or just said they need time to check my packet!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone who works there is very nice, and the clinic itself is super comfortable. I had surgery to fix my underbite there and the result was very satisfying. Would very much recommend to anyone who wants something similar done :)
