Dr. Monica is the first dentist who paused to ask me if anything hurt and it was the first time I had totally pain-free dentistry. The crowns and the partials you did for me feels great. The assistant and front desk people are considerate, caring and great professionals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had my tooth removed here. I am glad i did it here. But I must say it is quite expensive for a tooth removal procedure. With price comes quality. I have been to many dental clinic in Jakarta. This is my first time that I felt welcome and comfortable. They also have an in house x ray. Thank you , will definately come back again for another procedure

The services provided, the doctors, the staffs are always very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, i am very happy with The Clinic. Will definitely continue coming. I have tried both, the dental clinic as well as the beauty.
The dentist is professional and thorough, knowing I'm somewhat uncomfy going to one, she's very good and I'm definitely coming back every 6 months for check-ups.
I had some treatments done for my acne scars, very good result with minimal downtime. I should say that my facial skin is much better than before.
Though the facials could be better, I would recommend the lasers for them who want to improve the texture of their skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a deep hole in second left most end at upper jaw. Cant tell how many injections I had, just closed my eyes and didnt feel any needle ? Dr Putri and her two assistents did excellent job.
Upon my registeration, they asked if i have insurance card. By the time i finished, all paper work is done by them, and i just need to sign 3 times. the xray and treatment cost 1.2 jt was covered. Will come again and look for Dr Putri ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me, their overall service is great, despite feeling a bit cramped inside their clinic (since theirs is located on the semi-basement floor of the mall). I was taken care of by the friendly drg. Ayu. The admin was quite fast in responding to my Whatsapp messages, despite me cancelling my appointment for odontectomy there (due to work-related reasons). Oh, also, their restroom and practice room was also nice.
