sekarang saya kecewa dengan pelayanan nya
Di wa dan nota elektronik ny jelas sekali dan saya tidak buta bahwa selesai nya 1 hari
tetapi karyawan nya malah ngomong rabu selesai nya
dan saya bilang complain sama bos nya malah di jawab ya lapor aja ke bos saya emng saya pikirin
terlalu tidak sopan
akrab boleh tetapi dalam dunia pekerjaan sopan santun harus di jaga
cusmoter juga bisa kecewa
Karyawan nya bilang itu kan pesan wa otomatis
jika memang betul otomatis saya minta sebagai bos ukara di perbaiki ya sistem nya jngan php cusmoter
saya sungguh kecewa dan tidak mau lagi laundry di ukara

I'm really disappointed and don't want to do laundry in ukara anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah langganan dari awal buka. Selalu ramah. Sejauh ini blum pernah ada yang hilang. Barang yang ga sengaja masih di kantong celana selalu di pisahin, diplastikin khusus, dan dikembalikan. TOP ? pertahankan terus Ukara. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to do laundry in Tomang, Mandala and Gelong area as it's not too crowded (too many customers), yet. Nice, helpful and smiling attendants. Normal fees charged. Strategically located across SMAN 23 next to STIE IBEK on Mandala Street.
