★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasil cuci dan setrika ok. Ngga akan balik laundry disini karena 2 kali kehilangan dan tidak ada tanggung jawab. Hubungi cs lewat whatsapp tidak pernah menyelesaikan masalah hanya habiskan waktu dan emosi
 The results of washing and ironing are ok. I will not return to the laundry here because I lost it twice and there is no responsibility. Contact cs via whatsapp never solve the problem just waste time and emotions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak profesional, tulisan anter jemput, tapi banyak banget alesan gak nganter2 cucian, pas diambil ke tempat cucian udah dibawa ketempat lain, pegawainya pada lepas tangan gak ada yg mau disalahin, gak balik lagi sih
Unprofessional, written pick-up, but there are lots of reasons for not delivering the laundry, when it was taken to the laundry, it was taken to another place, the staff left their hands, no one wanted to blame, they didn't come back

Minusnya tertulis jasa antar jemput, setelah menghubungi nomor tertera tidak ada respon sama sekali, menghubungi nomor lain baru tersambung
Chat utk jasa antar dan jemput laundry, tapi pakaian saya tidak diantar antar dan banyak sekali alasannya.. 2x saya menghubungi kontak yang berbeda, 2 hari saya menunggu dijemput tapi tidak ada dijemput sama sekali.. padahal posisi jemput dekat dengan laundry tidak sampai 5 menit. Jika kalian ingin minta diantar-jemput sebaiknya cari laundri lain saja, karna spanduknya false advertising
Sedikit mengecewakan, saya akhirnya beralih ke laundry lain yang lebih sigap
Semoga kritiknya membangun utk evaluasi kedepannya,

Chat for laundry pick-up and delivery services, but my clothes were not delivered and there were lots of reasons.. 2x I contacted different contacts, 2 days I waited to be picked up but no one was picked up at all... even though the pick-up position was close to the laundry, it took less than 5 minutes . If you want to ask for a pick-up, you should just look for another laundry, because the banner is false advertising
A little disappointing, I finally switched to another, faster laundry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baju saya kecampur dengan baju org lain beserta dalaman org. Alesannya krna ketaro satu keranjang jadi kecampur. Kalo emang profesional harusnya ga bakal kecampur. Akhirnya saya pilih sndri yg mana yg baju saya, entah ad yg ilang atau engga. Terpaksa cuci lg d tmpt lain. Gabakal balik lg for sure.
My clothes are mixed with other people's clothes and other people's underwear. The reason is because one basket ketaro gets mixed up. If you're a professional, you shouldn't interfere. In the end, I chose which one was my dress, whether it was missing or not. Had to wash again elsewhere. Won't be back again for sure.
