★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room was spacious. staff were friendly and helpfull. also you can share story with the locals. perfect place to stay for couple as well as for family or group.
not to forget to sip a coffee at main terrace and exlpore many instagramable spots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to stay in Jogja. The place is very good with excellent choice of furniture. Really comfortable and good place for relax or hangout with family and friends. This place consist of five small house which each of house can accomodate for 2-4 people based on its size. They served nasi goreng or fried rice for breakfast and I like it so much because the taste remind me of what my mom usually made. Also, there are coffee and tea where served every day and night. Everything is self-service. For those who likes to post in instagram, the place is very instagramable. Besides, in the dining/living room, there are some playboards and TV. The place is very clean. They also have small garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The concept itself are lovely. But some 'small things' will irritate you. Such as flooded bathroom, burned out light, and a small gap that didn't cover your terrace when raining. But overall experience is a ++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels like home! Glad we found this place, the vibe is really nice. We stay at the family room with mezzanine floor, spacious and good for family of 4.
What makes it stand out is the living room (the pendopo), many seatings, free flow tea and coffee, good place to hang out outside your room.
