Merapi Mount is always presents an amazingly beautiful scenery that you can enjoy from our hotel and you also will get the new experiences in the nature of Javanese culture and atmosphere while staying in our hotel.
Joglo Plawang is an International Boutique Villa that has 23 rooms in the form of Joglo (house of merchant Java ancient) consisting of 2 Kampoeng Joglo Mulyodihardjo (4 rooms each Villas), 4 deluxe rooms, 5 deluxe villa, 3 junior villas and 3 royal villas. Each villa has different style and character tastefully furnished with fine wood fittings featuring 100 years wooden antique furnishing.
Joglo Plawang rivers flowing naturally with gurgling relaxing sound, on Soekariyo area wa have 'tempuran', it used to be for 'nepi', the place to get closer to the creator. Whole area of Joglo Plawang has rare trees such as kecombrang, dadap srep, kolang kaling, kenanga, arum ndalu and others.
At Joglo Plawang International Boutique Villa, the excellent service and superior facilities make for an unforgettable stay and expreriences. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel & friendly staffs.. I love my deluxe room which have a great bathtub.. Comfy bed, very cultural, quiet, beautiful swimming pool, and great breakfast..
The only thing that bothered me is the sound of the AC outdoor machine..

The food it's not in enough for a children, the rooms it's really old, and no take care about the structure, swimming pool really small, no tv cable, so, if you want enjoy this area, really beautiful, chose another place for your rest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is for those who wants to experience quiet stay and don't really care about the outside world, as they only have old TVs and no cable TV channel. The exterior & interior is classic javanese style, not modern ones. The pool was dirty as I heard some chickens around the place and there are its feathers in the pool :(.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture is very vintage. Full of Javanese ornaments. Entering the room is just like crossing the other world. So spooky. The paintings hanged on the wall is just like bring some mourn feelings. And it feels like something watching me when i am inside and also when i am sitting outside the room. I am just uncomfortable and not feels right. My sense say so. This place is also divided by a small river between the location. And i can feel the big spiritual energy when i am crossing the river as its located between 2 rivers. For those who want to sharpening their sixth sense, this place is very recommended. Price is affordable for boutique standards hotel room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful setting. Really villa style. Used (or perhaps still) to be prince owned. Well maintained landscape with so many variety of plants and even a river within the complex.
The included set breakfast is cooked and served. Much better than other breakfast buffet in other hotels. And it's real juice!
The only slightly unsatisfying thing is that we booked a suite and the shower is outside of the bed room. And both showed are broken. One with a broken pipe the other has a clogged sink.
