Building quality is acceptable so far. You experience small cracks at the wall.
Security is good. The security officers are well trained, polite, and professional.
Pest is a problem. You have cockroach. So pest control sbould be done.
You have laundry and car washing self service at the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this location during our summer vacation in 2018. Got a 2+1 bedroom apartment. The building is attached to the Lippo Karawaci Mall, has a gym, a swimming pool and depending on your host you can ask for laundry services.
We were very satisfied with the location and consider using this place again when we visit Tangerang.
