★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran menyatu dengan mal dan di paling atas, harus muter 6 kali untuk sampai atas belum ada orang yang parkir dll, masuk keluar parkiran 10-15 min, lokasi biz loft berada di paling pojok, tidak ada akses msuk langsung ke mall, unrecommended untuk tinggal dll, apartemen gagal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartemen Soho yg dirancang oleh architek yg baru lulus sekolah. Belum berpengalaman. Loft terbuka yg memhamburkan lustrik kalau pake AC. Zaman sekarang semua org Go Green. Memhemat listrik. Ini malah sebaliknya. Beton percis diatas wastafel, kepala org akan kena bentulan kalau tidak hati2. Poor design.
Soho apartment designed by an architects who just graduated from school. Inexperienced. Open loft that is wasteful if you use AC. Today everyone Go Green. Save electricity. It's quite the opposite. The concrete is just above the sink, the head of the person will be hit if not careful. Poor design.
