Saya awalnya mau buat visa swiss dari TX pangeran jayakarta bilangnya 5-10 working days bisa selesai dan dummy hotel bisa dibuatkan jadi kita tidak terburu2 karena pikir bisa cepat selesai, 2bulan sebelum keberangkatan kita submit semua dokumen. Setelah itu mereka umumkan 20hari kemudian baru interview dan ternyata 5-10working days terhitung setelah interview. setelah kita submit dokumen, dari TX setiap hari telpon (1hari minimal 10x telpon selama 1minggu, selalu meminta dokumen2 lain dengan info yang tidak jelas, suka berubah2) KARYAWANNYA SANGAT TIDAK JELAS DALAM MEMBERIKAN INFORMASI SEHINGGA SELALU ADA KESALAHAN/KEKURANGAN DALAM MEMBERIKAN INFORMASI. salah satu contoh kesalahan informasi, awalnya bilang 5-10working days ternyata terhitung setelah interview lalu mereka bilang 10-15working days setelah interview (5-10working days salah info). dan yang paling parah setelah kita semua selesai interview, 5 hari kemudian TX kabarin kalo Visanya di reject dengan alasan data was not reliable (karena dummy hotel yang mereka buatkan tidak reliable, tapi dari awal mereka mengatakan bisa urus untuk pembookingan hotel). PENGURUSAN SANGAT LAMBAT, INFORMASI SANGAT TIDAK JELAS, ORANGNYA TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB. Saya recommend temen2 yang mau buat visa cari travel agent lain yg lebih reliable.

I originally wanted to make a Swiss visa from TX, the Prince of Jakarta said 5-10 working days could be finished and the hotel dummy could be made so we were not in a hurry because we thought it could be done quickly, 2 months before departure we submitted all the documents. After that they announced 20 days later and then interviewed and turned out 5-10working days after the interview. after we submit the document, from TX every day call (1 day at least 10x telephone for 1 week, always ask for other documents with info that is unclear, changeable 2) EMPLOYEES ARE VERY CLEAR IN GIVING INFORMATION SO THERE IS ALWAYS MISTAKE / LACK IN GIVING INFORMATION. One example of a misinformation, initially said 5-10working days turned out that after the interview they said 10-15working days after the interview (5-10working days wrong info). and the worst after we all finished the interview, 5 days later TX kabarin if the visa was rejected because the data was not reliable (because the hotel dummy they made was not reliable, but from the beginning they said they could take care of hotel booking). VERY SLOWLY DECLARATION, INFORMATION IS VERY CLEAR, PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. I recommend friends who want to make visas look for other, more reliable travel agents.
