★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini punya pengalaman buruk sama muji jaya. Berangkat dari kudus sampe karawang klari. Udah konfirm di agen kalo berhenti karawang. Tapi teryata agen misskom sama driver dan assist sampai kelewat jakarta dong. Pas ditanya teryata ga ada data turun dikarawang, hahh! Gila ini kecerobohan dan keaalahan dari pihak muji jaya, dan ditanya solusi ga ada solusi cuma diturunin di kampung rambutan terminal jakarta jauh nian , seriusly gaenak banget di giniin kaya lempar batu sembunyi tangan dan ga ada kata maaf. Cuma alasan menyalahkan agen, haiii halo disini ada costumer yang ga dianggap kah? Ahirnya turun dan usaha sendiri cari bus balik arah ke karawang dengan pake uang sendiri tanpa adanya ganti rugi! Ga ridho Ya Allah sumpah.

This is crazy carelessness and failure on the part of Muji Jaya, and when asked for a solution, there is no solution, only to drop them off at the Rambutan Village, Jakarta Terminal, far away, seriously, it's really uncomfortable to do this, like throwing stones, hiding your hands and not saying sorry. Just an excuse to blame the agent, hi, hello, is there a customer who is not considered? Finally got off and tried to find a bus back to Karawang using your own money without any compensation! Don't be pleased, O Allah, I swear.
