The place is ok, clean, the owner is sometimes friendly, sometimes dirty. For polish, don't use "OPI". Rush work2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi ini kedua kali nya kesini krn si manager nawarin perbaiki/hapus gel nail yg kmrn bikin, hasil nys emang jelek bgt. Yg biasa bikin gel nail pasti tau deh. G bilang nanti di schedule lagi aja kalo gel nail nya udh ngelotok sendiri. G udh bilang ama si manager/owner, ini 2 minggu jg pst udh ngelotok. Dan bener aja, tgl 13 Nov bikin gel nail, tgl 26 Nov udh ngelotok. Biasa pake gel nail itu bisa tahan 1 - 1.5bln.
Tgl 15 Nov dia nanya feedback ya g jelasin panjang lebar di WA kalo ini gel nail hasilnya jelek dan g ga bakal balik lagi sih. Soalnya g itu tipe kalo dr awal pengerjaan sampai akhirnya jelek ya g simple aja, cari tmpt lain. Berhubung dia nanya yauda g jelasin dan fotoin hasilnya. Staff nya jg ga friendly, smpt linglung ini customer jem brp ya ngerjain apa ya.
Alhasil, si manager tlp nawarin kunjungan kedua, free gantiin yg jelek kmrn. Ya g okein aja donk. Niat baik ga bole ditolak. Second chance lah..
Fast forward, tgl 26 itu stlh kasi foto nail yg udah ngelotok sekalian booking tgl 6 Dec (hari ini) jem 18:15. G sampe jem 18:19
Berikut ini alasan kenapa g extra PANASSS
Nailist nya sampe 19:05, klucuk klucuk naro barang la la la baru megang tgn g jem 19:15! TELAT BUN! SeJEM nungguin nailist nya. Sblm itu g WA manager nya dan di bilangin nya sampe 10 menit lagi. G nanya staff di tmpt yg kebetulan handle customer lain, jawaban nya cuman "oh gituh yah Kak?" ?
Nah pas lagi ngerjain apus2 nail, di kikir etc si mbak nya bolak2 liat jem. G tanya donk "Abis ini ada tamu lagi yah Mbak?" " Ga ada Kak" Hmm.. g pikir oh mgkn di ngejer tutup salon kali yahh.
Stlh itu lsng milih warna dan mau dipolesin. G tanya donk.." "Loh Mbak ini ga di manicure dl?" FYI guys, yg namanya mau pake gel polish ttp harus di manicure dl kalo ngga nanti lbh gampang ngelotok lagi. Entah knp di nelpon si manager.
Semenit kemudian di telpon, tanpa kata maaf dia lsng nawarin bole ga bsk saya gojekin nailist ke rumah aja. Krn ini nailist nya pulkam. Alamakjang!
Pantesan si mba ngeliatin jem terus..
Seketika Ibu Peri berubah jadi malaikat pencabut nyawa ? Gemes ga sih beginih?!!!
Dan g di kasi staff yg bikin gel g pertama kali pdhl udh tau g komplen hasilnya. Mateng ga sih nih!

G said that it will be rescheduled later if the gel nail has already been stuck on its own. I've told the manager/owner, it's been 2 weeks too, but I've been staring. And that's right, on November 13th I made gel nails, on November 26th I did it. Usually using gel nails it can last 1 - 1.5 months.
On November 15, he asked for feedback, didn't explain at length on WA, if this gel nail turned out bad and won't come back again. The problem is that g is the type, from the beginning of the work until the end it's bad, it's not simple, look for another place. Since he asked, I didn't explain and photograph the results. The staff is also not friendly, so what are the customers in this daze, what are you doing.
As a result, the manager has offered a second visit, free to replace the bad one. Yes, it's okay. Good intentions cannot be denied. Second chance..

The nailist arrived at 7:05 p.m., kluck klucuk naro la la la stuff just holding my hand at 7:15 p.m.! LATE BUN! SeJEM is waiting for the nailist. Before that, the WA manager was not told and he was told it would take another 10 minutes. I asked the staff at the place who happened to be handling another customer, the answer was only "Oh, is that so, Sis?" ️
Now, when I was doing nail polishing, in the file, etc., the sis kept going back and forth. G asked, "After this, there are other guests, right, Ma'am?" "No Sis" Hmm.. I don't think so, maybe it's time to close the salon.
After that, just choose a color and want it polished. Don't ask me.." "You don't have a manicure in this ma'am?" FYI guys, whose name is to use gel polish, but you have to have a manicure if you don't, it's easier to stare later. I don't know why the manager called.
A minute later on the phone, without an apology, he immediately offered whether or not I could just take the nailist home. Because this nailist is Pulkam. Alamakjang!

And it's not given to the staff who make the gel for the first time even though you already know that you don't have complete results. It's dead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the chance to accompany my fianceé (wife now) to get her nails done before our engagement and wedding party. Staffs were friendly, place was cozy and clean. Lack of free wifi but if you have good data plans it's all good.
Went there again to accompany my wife to get her nails done again. But eversince they gotten more customer and famous, owner was quite arrogant and staffs weren't very friendly.
