★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sichuan cuisines in hot pot, provided by this restaurant at Kembangan Puri Indah area.
You could choose combined broth soup of hot red mala and pork bones. To find best taste, you must pour first all vegetables and enoki mushroom, boiled around 2 minutea, then put all meat into the soup.
Choicea of meat, such as pork dumpling Rp 39.000++, pork tenderloin and meat around Rp 50.000 to Rp 69.000++, slice beef around Rp 49.000 to Rp 115.000++.
Also you must order is fried skin tofu Rp 29.000++ - we suggest you could order 2 portions directly, since one is not enough.
We noticed many families with their children and teenagers have dine here, and it's good since all families members could cook together their meal - and forget their mobile phones, at least around 30-60 minutes during dinner time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valet service is available since the parking space limited for 3-4 cars. I think we order almost everything on the menu *lol*. My favorite is the paste line ups. The meat quality is superb. For the soup we have colagen, herbal chicken, mala 1 star, n pork stock (on different table). The staff are friendly n prompt! It is a nice eating experience...
Now lets talk why i put 3 star for this business. The quality of the soup is not as good as the other restaurants. The taste is very light. For the pork broth, if you were thinking you'll be getting as thick as in the ramen place, you are way off! The mala, I'd taste a better one in the part of old town Jakarta. The reason why the 4th star i don't put it in is beacuse they put so much MSG in it. My throat is still dry after 9 hours, and i don't think I'll be back.

Appetizer:
Belly Fingers | IDR 69K | Crispy, crunchy, thinly sliced deep-fried pork belly. You might prefer it with rice.
Soup:
3 Combination Soup Base (Szechuan Mala, Truffle Collagen, Pork Bone) | IDR 109K | I would choose these again as all of them was good. The mala soup is quite authentic too, great for dipping. Of course don't order it if you are not a fan of mala. Pork bone and truffle collagen soup are refreshing to wash down the food after the meal.
Ingredients:
Wagyu Sirloin | IDR 99K | Choose this if you want less fatty meat.
Meat Balls Combo | IDR 54K | pork, beef, fish, 2 meatballs each. This felt pricey.
Mixed Mushroom | IDR 59K | Fresh platter of assorted mushroom.
Mixed Vegetables | IDR 59K | Fresh platter of assorted veggies.
Seafood Platter | IDR 149K | Kudos, the seafood are very fresh (still wiggling!)
Even though the items are quite pricey and portion a bit small at times, the freshness of the ingredients are really commendable. I felt they nearly found the right balance in pricing considering their target market. I also don't think they need to expand with branches.

Total damage IDR 850K for 4 person (after service and tax). I would advise to eat with at least for people to get enjoyable experience, as eating hotpot always supposed to be a communal experience.
Reservation can be done via Zomato or Chope. Credit, debit cards and OVO (+12,500 OVO points) are accepted. Go-Pay and DANA are not available as of writing.

Price: ?? (standard. Well you wont get free snack or ice cream will be the minus point)
Mixed vegetable had taro inside and it was good.
USA short place and samcan the main dish and its good.
Sauce and other condiment also very good.
Prefer this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant especially the staff is superb friendly!! Came here around 2pm, which wasnt a busy time for lunch, but good timing for late lunch. Only three of us here. Got served by a super friendly waiter. Even she went out to buy us soda water from the nearest convenience store because it wasnt available there.
Love their pork bone soup, we ordered mala soup too with level one spiciness, but we didnt really like it. Meat, fishballs, etc are really nice because they are fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this hotpot place!! Good services, fresh ingredients and clean. Price is quite reasonable. Love the pork bone broth and the truffle broth. Parking lot is very small but they have valet service with extra charge. Condiments are free of charge and they give free ice cream too.
