★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Permata terletak di depan lobby Prudential Tower tepat nya di lantai 2 karena di lantai 1 terdapat Sebastian Coffe. Pelayanannya cukup ramah. Untuk luas ruangan tidak terlalu luas. Tersedia air gelas mineral yang bisa di minum. Pernah membuat rekening disini namun pelayan dari tellernya agak kurang jelas karena bicaranya cepat dan suara lirih, sampai harus saya minta ulang beberapa kali. Prosesnya lumayan cepat. Dilengkapi ac yang dingin.
 Bank Permata is located in front of the Prudential Tower lobby right on the 2nd floor because on the 1st floor there is Sebastian Coffe. The service is quite friendly. For the area of the room is not too broad. Available mineral water glass that can be drunk. Once I made an account here, but the waiter of the teller was a bit unclear because of his quick talking and soft voice, so I had to ask again several times. The process is quite fast. Equipped with cold air conditioner.
