Bagian pendaftran terlalu irit ngomong, sekalinya ngomong cepet bgt dan penjelasan alur pemeriksaan/terapi kurang detail sehingga saya agak kebingungan dgn sistem disini.
Dokter ksh pengantar utk langsung ke bagian rehab medik, selesai konsul saya info perawat mengenai rencana terapi anak saya ke rehab medik, perawat bilang "sebentar ya", setelah itu saya disuruh langsung ke bagian pendaftaran dan kasir tanpa diberi info mengenai alur terapinya. tapi info dari pendaftaran "nanti tunggu kabar". Kabar gimana maksudnya jg saya ga paham dgn penjelasanya sementara surat pengantar dari dokter masih di saya.

Dokter Sri bagus, sabar dan baik.
Dengan pembayaran asuransi sdh masuk biaya admin 45ribu. Sampe ke bagian kasir diminta lagi biaya admin 20ribu cash. Biaya admin kok 2 kali???? Untuk apa tidak juga dijelaskan. Pokonya org kasir cuma bilang "beda ibu". ???
Penjelasan obat dijelaskan diloket kasir (saya ndak tau itu orang farmasi atau orang kasir yang menjelaskan, jadi agak kurang yakin dgn penjelasan obat, terutama ini obat utk bayi/anak.
Semoga kualitas dapat semakin ditingkatkan.

The registration section is too economical to talk, once speaking very quickly and the explanation of the examination/therapy flow is not detailed so I am a bit confused with the system here.
The doctor gave me an introduction to go directly to the medical rehab section, after the consul, I informed the nurse about my child's therapy plan to medical rehab, the nurse said "just a minute", after that I was told to go directly to the registration and cashier section without being given information about the therapy flow. but info from registration "will wait for news". What's the news, I also don't understand the explanation while the cover letter from the doctor is still with me.

Doctor Sri is nice, patient and kind.
With insurance payments already entered the admin fee of 45 thousand. When I got to the cashier, I was asked for an admin fee of 20,000 cash. How come the admin fee is 2 times???? For what is not also explained. Basically the cashier just said "different mother". ️
The explanation of the medicine was explained at the cashier's counter (I don't know if it was the pharmacist or the cashier who explained, so I was a bit unsure about the explanation of the medicine, especially this medicine for babies/children.
Hopefully the quality can be further improved.
