Pertama kali coba naik bhinneka, unit masih bagus. AC dingin, kursi nyaman dan berjarak. Dapat 1 bottle mineral water. Perjalanan ok, driver nyetirnya ok juga. Tapi ternyata banyak nyamuk didalam mobilnya, mungkin harus disemprot ssekali. Beli tiket 05.30, berangkat 06.02. Overall ok, aplg untuk yg liburan, tp yg business trip jangan deh, lumayan kan nunggu 32 menit ☺️
First time trying to ride Bhinneka, the unit is still good. Cold AC, comfortable and spaced chairs. Get 1 bottle of mineral water. The trip is ok, the driver is driving ok too. But it turns out that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the car, maybe it should be sprayed once. Buy tickets 05.30, leave 06.02. Overall ok, apps for vacation, but don't do business trips, it's ok to wait 32 minutes ️

Baru pertama kali naik Bhinneka dari Cibubur ke bandung.. duduk di seat no 5.. brgkt hari Kamis, tanggal 6 Januari 2022. Awal tahun yg menjengkelkan..Saya baca rules nya, wajib hadir 15 menit sebelum nya,supaya tdk telat, saya datang 1 jam lebih awal. Harusnya brgkt 19.30 ternyata brgkt 19.50. (Buat dongkol pertama) Pas naik, ternyata kursi di depan saya rusak, senderan nya turun terus berulang ulang, rusak nya bukan rusak biasa, tapi reclining nya sudah tidak bisa menahan senderan nya, alias sudah tidak berfungsi. Jadi itu si senderan di paha saya selama perjalanan. Emang di awal driver udah bilang, β€œbu senderan ibu dibuat ke belakang ajah ya bu, soalnya kursi di depan ibu rusak” saya mengangguk dan berkata iya.. saya begitu krn saya pikir ga akan turun2 karena guncangan.. Tapi drivernya tidak bilang kalau itu dol dan reclining nya sama sekali udah tidak berfungsi! Akhirnya itu senderan kursi depan turun turun kalau ada guncangan, harus saya naikkan lagi, trus turun lagi, gitu terus sampe saya lelah, dan itu senderan kursi dipangku di paha saya selama perjalanan. Saya komplen ke driver nya, udah nada nya ga enak, semua komplenan saya di jawab dgn nada tidak menyenangkan,sama sekali ga ada minta maaf.. trus malah bilang β€œtrus gimana bu? Saya ga bisa perbaiki, harus di bawa ke bengkel!! Sambil kasih solusi β€œKalau ga ibu pindah ke belakang aja”. Monmaap, kalau saya kuat duduk di belakang, saya ga akan sedongkol ini, yuyurli saya muntah kalau di belakang. Harga 115.000 tapi pelayanan nya begini, jauh lebih baik pelayanan xtrans atau baraya, cititrans atau daytrans, TIDAK REKOMENDASI SAMA SEKALI!! MENYESAL SAYA NAIK TRAVEL INI!!tapi apa daya, saya udah keburu berangkat dan di jalan!! Ga mgkn saya lompat ke tol!
This is the first time I ride Bhinneka from Cibubur to Bandung.. sitting in seat no 5.. on Thursday, January 6, 2022. An annoying start to the year.. I read the rules, I have to be there 15 minutes before, so I'm not late, I come 1 hour early. It should have been 19.30 but it was 19.50. (Make the first jerk) When I got up, it turned out that the seat in front of me was broken, the backrest kept coming down over and over again, the damage wasn't normal, but the reclining couldn't hold the backrest, aka it wasn't working anymore. So that's the back on my thigh during the trip. In the beginning, the driver said, "Ma'am, the mother's seat is made backwards, ma'am, because the seat in front of you is broken" I nodded and said yes.. I did because I didn't think it would go down because of the shock.. The dol and reclining don't work at all! Finally the front seat backrest drops down if there is a shock, I have to raise it again, then go down again, and so on until I'm tired, and the seat backrest rests on my lap during the trip. I complained to the driver, the tone was not good, all of my complaints were answered in an unpleasant tone, there was absolutely no apology... then instead I said "what about ma'am? I can't fix it, I have to take it to a repair shop!! While giving the solution "If you don't, you just move to the back". I'm sorry, if I was strong enough to sit in the back, I wouldn't be this naughty, yup, I'd throw up when I'm behind. The price is 115,000 but the service is like this, much better service xtrans or baraya, cititrans or daytrans, NOT RECOMMENDATION AT ALL!! I REGRET THAT I RECIDE THIS TRAVEL!! I can't jump onto the toll road!
