★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights there. The location of the hotel is very convenient to arrive. The hotel for the most part is kept fairly clean. Definitely the hotel worth the buck. I find the breakfast is more than just enough. Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. The hotel has everything you need.

Besides Newton Residence, I recommend this hotel for foreign people who wants to live in Jakarta with their family. Many local restaurants surrounding this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a budget hotel, don't expect much. The rooms are small and I didn't find a decent restaurant near by. Didn't have a problem ordering Grab (taxi) though. They do have room service and serve both food and drinks. Over all the hotel experience was just OKAY!

Big Mall is near. Staff very good. Good. Have choice. I like. Receptionist very good. Helping others. Customer service facilities are excellent. I next time come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here with my boyfriend for 7 day quarantine and this place was THE BEST!! While it’s not the fanciest flashiest hotel the customer service was above and beyond. They did everything to help us have a comfortable stay with them. They created a vegetarian menu for my boyfriend and I and the food was absolutely delicious- my favorite was the fresh fruit with every meal. The room was on the 8th floor where we had an amazing view and the tv had Netflix which was such a bonus. To give you an idea of how Amazing their customer service is on the day our quarantine ended it was my birthday and they helped my boyfriend by bringing me a surprise cake to our room before leaving the hotel with candles and everything! Best place to stay in Jakarta
