I was quarantine for 1 night room was good big and clean ,but I have one concern regarding welcome dinner and breakfast there is no option for us

I am currently staying for a quarantine here right now and it is already my 6th day here. To be honest, there are currently mixed reviews and I will explain it from the start. Starting from Soetta airport, someone has been appointed to accompany me and wait for my PCR test but turns out he was not there all the time and he went outside airport to assist other guests. I was left alone with no assistance for more than one hour and had to get my PCR result myself. PCR result should have been received in order to get transferred to the hotel, meanwhile waiting in a very crowded lounge may risk myself getting infected. I complained to the person in charge of the hotel, Bu Dian and they sent me other personnel quite fast. Then this personnel helped me getting taxi ride to the hotel and it only took us around 30 minutes. I suggest the hotel could get better in managing personnel's schedule or adding more personnel in charge of picking the guests. Not a very good start, but they managed it quite well. Check-in was smooth. Someone assisted me to my room at 7th floor. The room is clean, bright and modern. AC temperature can be adjusted, complimentary as tea and coffee were provided. Although in 7th floor I realized that they allow guests to smoke, sometimes I smell cigarette smokes comes out from my bathroom. It may leak from ventilators there. I also noticed that the room walls are not built thick enough and not soundproofed as I could hear my neighbors laugh so loud at night and I hear their alarm phone vibrate quite clear every now and then. Not the best, but still okay. The quarantine package offers me free 5pcs laundry every day and house-keeping always come everyday to ask whether I want my room cleaned or tidied up. Kudos to Mr. Ichsan that cleaned my room twice until today. He was detail-oriented, polite and friendly. He also made sure to vacuum my room, empty every trash bins, change towels and add more toiletries, water bottles and complimentary tea. I appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness. Punctuality was a problem during my firsts day of stay (until 6th day). I tried complaining to the receptionist and room service division several times. I had to remind the restaurant to write down my menu preference for meal. On 7th day, I finally realized the improvement. Food was delivered on time. Room service called my room earlier to ask which menu I should choose and staffs prioritized on delivering my meal. The remaining days of my stay was a bliss. Everyone served me well before I asked for it. Kudos to all the staffs that helped me undergoing quarantine with ease. Please maintain this great quality of time-management and professionalism. The day before I checked out, around 8.30 AM one health inspector and hotel staff came to my room. I did PCR test outside my room and it only took around 5 minutes. The test was out the next day before I had to check out and they called me to inform the result. To stay in Grand Mercure Harmoni was a nice experience overall, despite the punctuality problem on delivering meal and house-keeping schedule on first days, but they did get better in time-management. Keep the great work and impress the guest. All the best for Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni!

5 days isolation is quite comfortable. Thank u all. The room is big enough. And the room service is a supersize for us. ❀️❀️❀️

- Paid around Rp. 21.000.000 for 10 days quarantine - Get to pick Western or Asian for food. - Food often times come late and cold. Seems like management problem because they make a lot of mistakes with your food choice. If you send it back, you may get the exchange in 2 - 3 hours and it’s clearly leftovers and cold. (I sent back a breakfast because I asked for Asian at 6:30 am, got the exchange at 10 am and it was cold. At 11:30, they send me my lunch... go figure) - Staffs are friendly enough - Deluxe Rooms are 28 m and it still feels new and spacious - You can borrow dumbbells from the gym so you can work out - Unlimited water - Other than the management problem, this hotel is actually not bad but for the price you pay, minor management problem like above should not happen especially since you are dealing with peoples meals.

I came from a 12 hours-long flight and I called the room service for food and they took 2 and half hours to deliver a totally horrible food and imagine eating a food like that after you’re hungry and waiting to find a hotel since morning. We were quarantined here for 10 days and paid like β‚Ή85,000 ($1200) and how to put in words other than it REALLY SUCKED. Housekeeping was actually nice, everything was very clean and whatnot but the food was REALLY BAD and from what i saw and felt, nobody put the tiniest effort in making it. They use to call us, β€œMa’am what would you like to have?” but use to send exactly opposite of what we asked. Let me give you an example, my father is pure vegetarian and he wanted vegetarian food but they actually sent beef. Like imagine being an Hindu and getting beef served. Totally disgusting. When we asked where to complain they would go silent. We tried calling manager at least 15 times but never got to see his face. Also our rt-pcr test came 17 hours (4pm-9am) late and we had to catch the train to Surabaya and we had to postpone it because of that. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the lack of sensitivity and hospitality of this hotel which claims to be 5-star.

The breakfast is excellent. I ordered non smoking room, but it did smell like smoking one. They tried to purify it with uv lamp of course it was not working for the problem. Thank goodness they let us change to another room.

Loved it! The buffet menu is the best I have seen in any hotel in Jakarta. Keep it up! We were here for a work-cation and all went well. The room I got was spacious. The conference rooms are adequate for the kind of meeting we had and have a projector, white board and microphone. Snacks available. Very polite and well trained staff. I especially remember Nina. Terima kasih
