★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengalami 2x pengalaman tidak menyenangkan dari 3x reservasi. Sistem tidak memunculkan nama operator travel di awal. Setelah bayar, baru dikasih tau nama penyelenggaranya. Sebagian besar operator tidak responsif, bahkan konfirm ke konsumen dilakukan melalui WA di hari H. Paling bikin kapok, minta uang tips guide di awal padahal 8 hari perjalanan hanya mendampingi 2 hari, konsumen harus nagih tiket dan itinerary berkali2.
 Experienced 2x unpleasant experiences out of 3x reservation. The system does not show the travel operator's name at the beginning. After paying, they are told the name of the organizer. Most of the operators are unresponsive, even confirmation to consumers is done via WA on the day of H. Most give up, ask for guide tips at the beginning even though 8 days of travel only accompany 2 days, consumers have to collect tickets and itineraries many times.
