Sebelum pelunasan karyawannya memastikan bahwa tidak ada perubahan jadwal. 2 hari kemudian dihubungi Panorama menginformasikan bahwa ada perubahan keberangkatan karena ada peserta yang mundur. Tapi Panorama meminta biaya tambahan karena reschedule jadwal.
Padahal tiket pesawat dalam kota sudah dibeli, tapi mereka tidak mau melakukan ganti rugi. Karyawannya atas nama Stefany berkali-kali menghubungi tanpa bisa memberikan solusi. Sangat disayangkan agent tour sebesar Panorama pelayanannya seperti ini.
Buy the Holyland tour package at Panorama but it's unilaterally rescheduled. Before repayment, employees ensure that there are no changes to the schedule. 2 days later contacted Panorama informing that there was a change in departure because there were participants who withdrew. But Panorama is asking for additional fees due to rescheduling the schedule.
Even though plane tickets in the city have been purchased, but they don't want to make compensation. His employees on behalf of Stefany repeatedly contacted without being able to provide a solution. It is unfortunate for a tour agent as big as Panorama service like this.
