Unit baru + driver sabar = penumpang nyaman

Excellent service, a new fleet of friendly drivers and crew serving religious tourism, educational tourism or recreational tourism, hopefully in the future Trans Jaya will always improve the quality which is always a prime priority in every trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival we were dropped off in the wrong place and then sent in a taxi and told the taxi was paid for. Upon arrival the taxi driver hadn’t been paid, our local guide knew him personally and said that this was a common con that the bus company does. Incredibly dishonest and we’ve heard plenty of stories about the organised crime in tourist transport.
Additionally the bus was sold as an AC bus but the AC was appallingly bad.
Just take the train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed with the service. I booked the bus for my entire family to celebrate birthday, but unfortunately we had to cancel the trip! :( I booked the bus + PCR Swab for driver n the crew a month before, and I have paid everything. However, at 6pm right before the departure date, the staff called me and simply said “im sorry but we cant do the pcr swab for the crew, we cant find place to do the PCR Swab since its already 6pm and you have to depart at 8 am tomorrow”
I HAVE BOOKED THE TRIP SINCE A MONTH AGO, BUT THEY DID NOT OR THEY FORGOT TO BOOK THE PCR SWAB TEST!!!
The trip was supposed to be a surprise, and it was failed… We have to cancel the trip because we dont feel safe without the PCR Test Result since there will be a pregnant mom n kids around. The whole family was so excited for the trip, so we are all very very disappointed. Its a honest review, so i hope you can do better. You ruin someone’s birthday. Luckily it was a round trip, so there was not additional loss. Imagine if i had booked a place to stay… It was a bad experience.
