Saya sudah pesan tempat duduk di depan sewaktu beli tiket jauh hari, tapi malah dikasih tempat paling belakang kayak di bus kota. Ponakan saya duduk di bangku paling belakang masih kecil. Gaada pikiran mungkin kru-nya. Mau pergi juga kayak gitu, oper sana sini ga bertanggung jawab. Nyesel. Jangan pesen lagi bus Handoyo! Kerjaan minta maaf terus, penumpang nggak diperhatikan.
Bad! Bad service!
I had reserved a seat in the front when I bought the ticket in advance, but instead I was given a place at the back like on a city bus. My nephew sat in the back seat when he was little. No thought maybe the crew. I want to go like that too, I don't want to be responsible here and there. Sorry. Don't order another Handoyo bus! Sorry work continues, passengers are not noticed.

Selama perjalanan banyak berhentinya untuk naikin penumpang padahal bus sudah full sampe saya harus rela berdiri karena ada orang lansia yg baru saja menumpang. Dan bus juga tidak berhenti sampai tujuan, awal saya berangkat dari jogja dipaksa turun di magelang padahal saya sudah bayar full biaya JOGJA - SEMARANG.
