 800k my cat finally died. Turns out the other comments are true. Bad vet clinic. Expensive prices when photographed for evidence to the owner of the animal is not allowed. If not, because it's urgent and at night, he didn't go there. 800 rb cm overnight snacks don't arrive a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Uda 2 kali kesana belum ada pengalaman buruk sih sama dokter, malah menurut saya, beberapa pegawai yg terkesan kurang friendly
2. Saran saya kalo angkat telfon itu yang sopan.. “halo dengan toro vet clinic ada yg bs kami bantu?” Kan lebih enak.. jangan cuma “halo?” Jd customer mesti nanya dulu bener gak nomer telfonnya. Nada ngomongnya pun terkesan kurang sopan.
3. Kucing saya habis vaksin Terus kan abis vaksin disuruh tunggu utk diobservasi setelah 15 menit.ga ada pegawai yg mengingatkan malah saya yang “kayaknya udah 15 menit nih terus gimana?” Itu aja pegawai lempar lemparan kek “lo aja lo aja” padahal lagi gak ngapa ngapain semua masa cuma ngecek kucing pasca vaksin dan disitu banyak pegawai malah lempar lemparan. Dan posisinya cuma saya sendiri ga ada customer lain. Kecuali lg ramai dan sibuk mungkin bisa di pahami.
Saran saya mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi kualitas SDM nya terutama pegawai non dokter. Mungkin perlu di beri training lg ttg cara menghadapi customer. Tks
1. I've been there twice and haven't had a bad experience with the doctor, in fact, in my opinion, some employees seem less friendly
2. My advice if you pick up the phone is polite.. "Hello, with the Toro Vet Clinic, is there anything we can help you with?" It's better... not just "hello?" So the customer has to ask first whether the phone number is correct or not. His tone of voice also seemed impolite.
3. My cat has been vaccinated. After being vaccinated, I was told to wait for observation after 15 minutes. There was no employee who reminded me, instead I said, "I think it's been 15 minutes, so what?" That's all the employees throw the cake "you just don't do it" even though it's okay what are you doing all the time just checking the cat after the vaccine and there are a lot of employees throwing throws. And the position is just me, there are no other customers. Unless it's busy and busy, maybe it's understandable.
My suggestion might be to improve the quality of human resources, especially non-medical staff. Maybe need to be given more training on how to deal with customers. thx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vet around Jakarta. dr. Toro himself is a humble-polite person, but also skilful in handling pets & their problems, I bring my furry ball here regularly for scab chrcking also buy their medicine for treatment.
They also got Qris for payment which won't worry you for not bringing cash
Update:
Last time I went here, he did not check thoroughly. He just hold my pet and check by hand (not by microscope) and said it is already ok. And so i did not ask for another scab jab nor continue treatment with medicine. Well unfortunately, a week later the scab is still there (visually visible) and worsen. I regretted not continuing with treatment and scab-jab my furryball which make it worse.. I don't know why he was a bit lazy checking that time, maybe he's tired after operating another pet, but it makes me really disappointed.
