Potongannya besar, daging semua, kambing muda. Tingkat kematangan cocok utk yang terbiasa mengonsumsi daging medium. Jika tak terbiasa dgn jus dari daging, bisa meminta ke penjual untuk dibakar sampai well done.
Tongseng
Isian berlimpah, sayuran segar. Kuah gurih dengan paduan rempat tingkat moderat.
Utk harga, misalnya sate kambing, terjangkau. Lebih murah harga sate kambing di sini daripada sate usus bubur ayam jatuhnya.

Cukup enak kuah nya gurih dan kental paduan dengan sambel, jeruk limo dan daginnya..membuat makin mantap apalagi disantap dengan tambahan sate kambingnya...... terletak di pinggir trotoar..dan udara terbuka semi lesehan.
Tongseng and Sate Kambing are on the Cipete highway close to the BRI complex. The sauce is quite tasty and thick, combined with chili sauce, limo lime and meat ... makes it even more delicious, especially when eaten with the addition of goat satay ... located on the edge of the sidewalk ... and semi open air.
