★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very disappointed with this shop. Ask for extra money on top of sales price. Total rip off shop. Stay clear from this shop. The Chinese lady probably the boss, has a deaf ear on what her staffs say. Eventually I sent my 5 pairs of shoes to a road side cobbler. Fast efficient cost efficient. Shoes were mended with professionalism.. even the road side cobbler has got good manners and quality efficiency. Total cost of 5 pairs of shoes with clean stitch, 250000. This stupid store laba laba quoted me 1.5 k.just see the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Laba-laba for Shoes and Bag service. But The present service does not live up to its reputation. They miss the small details of my Bag and haven't done the shoes repair after a week as promised. The place is old and the front office aren't friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop runs by humble personnel, i can feel how they want to help you fix your suitcases or bags. The price is very reasonable, looking at the bad business condition these days. One of the surviving repairing shops till this day. Im happy with the service they provide for both my travel bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncomplicated suitcase repair shop at a fair price with great repair result(they also accept a wide array of bags & shoes models to be repaired). It took a day longer for them to fix my suitcase when I was assured it would be completed within 1 week time. Confirmation call to the store ahead of your collection would assist them to identify your item easily and confirm your item's progress. Likely to use their service again in the future.
