★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya repair sepatu saya dari bulan Februari 2021 sampe saat ini masih belum selesai
alesannya nyari kulitnya susah, terus ada update lagi tanggal 13 Juli 2021 kalo sepatu udah di bongkar terus saya tanya lagi masih gaada update sampe sekarang
udah hampir tiap hari saya WA yang repair dan ke WA toko nya ga direspon sama sekali
 I repaired my shoes from February 2021 until now it's still not finished
The reason is that finding leather is difficult, then there will be another update on July 13, 2021, if the shoes have been disassembled, then I ask again, there is still no update until now
It's been almost every day that I WA repair and to WA the shop there was no response at all

Tapi utk respon admin dan durasi pengerjaan kurang memuaskan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr bulan februari 2021 saya service sampai november 2021 pun blum kelar, di wasap mnt kejelsan tak ada , alasannya lg pendemi, trus satu sepasang sepatu aja baru di lapisin kulit alas blum di rapihin di hargain 25rb, saya sudah marah marah baru ala ala nantangin jalur hukum, sangat tidak recomen, apload di sosmed iklannya manis , pas di kasih orderan sangat lambat di kerjakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat KECEWA untuk reparasi sepatu disini, dari bulan Nov 2020 barang saya ambil di Agustus 2021 setelah empat kali datang sebelumnya tidak beres juga.
Dari admin sampai owner, tidak ada kabar, kejelasan dan sekian banyak janji. Dihubungi susah banget kayak menghindar.
Hasil kerjanya bisa dilihat di gambar, tali sepatu asal pasang, sol sepatu lepas, banyak sisa lem tidak rapih. Biar ada garansi sampai masalah selesai pun percuma kalau hasil nya kayak tidak ada niat.
Ini fakta yang saya alami, pertama dan terakhir reparasi disini.
Very DISAPPOINTED for shoe repair here, from November 2020 I took the item in August 2021 after coming four times before it went wrong too.
From the admin to the owner, there is no news, clarity and so many promises. It's really hard to get in touch, it's like avoiding.
The results of the work can be seen in the picture, the original shoe laces, the shoe soles come off, a lot of glue residue is not neat. Even if there is a guarantee until the problem is solved, it's useless if the result seems like there is no intention.
This is a fact that I experienced, the first and last repair here.
