★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for the second time and I thought it was just me who was sensitive at first time visit. The second time visiting this store was obvious that the staffs were just arrogant & so the security asking for money for parking (I already prepared money for parking but the way he asked me just irritated me). Good for customers who don't care about services but cheap price. I would rather go to Gramedia or Intermedia book store where the staffs are more professional in dealing with their customers.

They have 4 pc lined up to open up your file and then decide to print it.
They prefer pdf file but if you bring them word they still can convert it to pdf.
They have this tendency not clipping the paper if you don't ask them
And tendency not to align the page number if you don't ask either.
Other than that, pretty decent.
Have AC, chairs for sitting inside while waiting, have ice cream vending machine if you want something to nibble while waiting, and also have drinks vending machine. And they have number system so people won't cut lines.

Good quality painting materials.
Very good store to visit and shopping.

When I came here, the waiter did not greet properly, seemed indifferent to the customer. Though quite a lot of servants. This has happened several times, only certain customers are served well.
