★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbulan2 kalo beli logam mulia selalu disini. Setiap transaksi sama sekali ga ada interaksi atau setidaknya senyum. Tp saya ga ambil pusing. Tanya barang, ada, bayar, pergi. Ya selalu begitu, kayaknya memang toko ini berprinsip bodo amat siapa yg beli. Tapi baru kali ini saya dtg lg dan sangat kecewa. Saya dtg lgsg tanya harga emas ke encik, ga pake nawar saya lgsg minta 1 pcs. Saya tungguin, si encik msh disitu sibuk sendiri sampai hampir 10 menit kami berhadapan, dan barang yg saya mau sama sekali ga diambil. Saya biarin aja, dan akhirnya saya geser ke sisi lain. Dr situ saya tau si encik asik sendiri ngeberesin kalung2! Astaga saya mau beli, ga pake ribet, nungguin barangnya, malah saya dicuekin! Sama sekali gak dihargai saya disitu. Saya minta sama koko, barang lgsg dikasi, bayar,seperti biasa tanpa ekspresi, apalagi ucapan terima kasih. Saya pergi sambil bilang makasih pun gak ada respon sama sekali. Kayak lg pd kerasukan! Memang bisnis utama kamu adalah jual emas. Tp jualan tanpa ada pelayanan, itu gak menghargai pembeli sama sekali.
For months if you buy precious metals, always here. Every transaction has absolutely no interaction or at least a smile. But I don't care. Ask for goods, there, pay, go. Yes, it always is, I guess this shop is very principled about who buys it. But this is the first time I've been here and I'm very disappointed. I asked LGG directly about gold prices, I didn't ask for it. I asked for 1 pcs. I wait, the encik was still busy there until almost 10 minutes we were facing, and the item I wanted was not taken at all. I'll leave it alone, and finally I move to the other side. From there I knew the cool guy himself cleaned the necklaces! Gosh I want to buy, not complicated, waiting for the goods, instead I was ignored! I don't appreciate it there at all. I want the same koko, lgsg goods are distributed, paid, as usual without expression, especially thanks. I left while saying thanks, there was no response at all. It's like being possessed! Indeed your main business is selling gold. But selling without service, it doesn't value the buyer at all.

Saya tidak ingin beli disini lg kayanya. Cukup sekali aja, pelayanannya sangat bikin orang kapok untuk balik lg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga cukup bersaing, terutama harga LMnya, jenis emas perhiasan dan LM nya beragam, dan bagus² desain perhiasannya (naksir beberapa gelang dan LM versi khususnya, hehe...). Seringkali ramai, jadi kadang pelayanan kokonya terkesan buru² / tanpa basa basi. Pernah beli juga by toped dan memuaskan, barang aman sampai tujuan. Di whatsapp juga respon cepat dan tanpa basa basi.
