Aku beli emas bulan 6 tapi setelah 4bulan aku ngerasa aja janggal kok bagian maniknya memudar warnanya, takut ada apa apa jadi jarang banget dipake, dipakenya kalo kondangan doang wkwk
Akhirnya bulan 10 aku jual lagi dengan risiko yg udah aku tau banget kalo harganya pasti jatoh wkwkw
Aku beli waktu itu Rp 7.000.000 dan pas jual kembali cuma dapet Rp 5.700.000 dengan selisih kerugian Rp 1.300.000 dalam tempo waktu 4bulan dengan dalih "ini waktu beli pas lg mahal banget, skrng lagi murah jadi ga dapet sekian blablabla"
Aku ga dengerin banget si soalnya udah tau juga kondisi ini toko gimana kalo kita jual lagi ?
Dengan potongan sampai 18% barang masih amat bagus ya benerΒ² nyekek aku wkwk
Sekarang kalo mau beli emas mending di toko yg benerΒ² bisa di percaya ya gais
Gapapa beli diawal agak mahal asal belakangnya kita ga sengsara hehe

β β β β β Gedung Parkiran acak kadul kalo Weekend, kagak ada yang ngatur, parkir sembarangan mobil gak bisa lewat jadinya. Lift panas, rusak, eskalator gak jalan, AC panas kalo udah sore, kurang pengamanan, di lantai parcel banyak yang gak make masker

1. Paling lengkap dan paling up to date alias terbaru
2. Jika dijual kembali di toko ini. Pastikan bawa suratnya ya. Potongannya hanya 10% utk emas dan 20% utk berlian. Di toko2 lain masih 1 gedung cikini potongannya bisa 15-20% utk emas. 30% berlian.
3. Paling rame jadi kalau cuma mau lihat lihat saja tidak merasa bersalah karena kalau mw lihat2 di toko lain yg sepi kan ga enak kalau ga jadi beli.
Kekurangan:
1. Tidak bisa dihari yg sama utk custom ukuran ring. Kalau di toko lain bisa jadi 30menit utk memperbesar ukuran ring. Dengan ring yg sudah ada di etalase dan bukan permata keliling. Karena kalau permata melingkar dibesarkan ringnya bisa pecah.
2. Saking ramenya suka ga kebagian dilayani hehehe pastikan datang di jam jam tidak sibuk atau weekday.
Advantages:
