β β β β β Saya sdh order dan bayar dg gosend instant di tokopedia namun barang tidak dikonfirmasi dan tdk dikirim2. Padahal saya butuh urgent. Saya whatsapp ke penjual (padahal beliau online) tp tdk direspon2, telf sengaja tdk diangkat2. Service sangat mengecewakan dan tidak responsif. Kalau gak siap dengan service yg bagus, ga usah jualan online Pak. Kalau ga mau layanin tinggal bilang ke pembeli agar kita bisa cari yg lebih bagus kualitas barang dan servicenya.
I have ordered and paid with instant gosend on Tokopedia but the goods were not confirmed and not shipped. Even though I need it urgently. I whatsapp to the seller (even though he is online) but there is no response, the phone is deliberately not picked up. Very disappointing and unresponsive service. If you're not ready with good service, don't sell online, sir. If you don't want to serve, just tell the buyer so we can find a better quality of goods and service.
