★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kasirnya atau sistemnya yang error mulu, setiap kesana mau bayar pakai Shopee karna ada promo bilangnya gak bisa, ganti tuh komputernya atau kasirnya yang ganti di tempat alfamart lain padahal lancar2 aja gak masalah, ditempat lain juga kalo liat belanjaan berat mereka rela bantu kalo di lontar mah boro2 yang ada para gak liat cuek banget.lalu setiap tanya stok juga masih ada lagi atau nggk, tanpa di cek mereka pasti bilang cuma "ada yg di rak aja bu" (Malas sekali) pengalaman sya klo tanya stok di tempat lain mereka pasti pada cek dulu di komputer sisa stoknya.
The service is the cashier or the system that has an error, every time you go there you want to pay using Shopee because there is a promo saying it can't, replace the computer or the cashier who changes at another Alfamart place even though it doesn't matter, in other places too, if you see heavy shopping they are willing to help if it's at lontar mah boro2 there are people who don't look really ignorant. Then every time I ask about the stock there is still more or not, without checking they will definitely say that only "there's someone on the shelf ma'am" (lazy) my experience if I ask for stock in another place they definitely check first on the computer the rest of the stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa ke alfamart lontar raya, setiap belanja dengan promo gopay, sellu tidak bisaa. Saya tidak sekali dua kali belanja di sana,
Seminggu bisa 3x datang,
dengan gampang kasir bilang tidak bisa pakai gopay,
Tidak ada usaha dari kasir nya,
Segampang nya aja bilang sellu tidak bisa.
Buat apa ada promosii klo dari pihak alfamart nya tidak bisa di aplikasikan di alfamartnya.
Disappointed at Alfamart Lontar Raya, every shopping with GoPay promos, always can't. I didn't shop there once or twice,
3x a week can come,
easily the cashier said you couldn't use GoPay,
No effort from the cashier,
It's easy to say you can't always.
Why is there a promotion if the Alfamart party can't be applied on the Alfamart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Berikut pengalaman saya belanja di alfamart lontar raya:
1. Niatnya top up linkaja tp kata kasirnya gabisa top up linkaja PADAHAL dari app linkaja lg ada promo kalau top up di alfamart. Yg gabisa alfamartnya, systemnya, apa KARYAWANnya?
2. Udah antre, ada cust motong antrean, sama kasirnya dilayanin, ga tegas!
3. Kasir lupa input kartu ponta. Bukannya minta maaf malah pura2 scan ponta setelah struk keluar. Jujur aja kalau lupa, biar cust respect. Sdh 2x trx juga kasir lupa balikin kartu ponta, harus diingetin
4. Udah make kantong belanja sendiri, tapi plastik tetep ada di struk. Kasir baru kah? No! Kasir yg sama seperti sebelum2nya. Apa minta di training lagi?
Setelah 3x berturut-turut merasa tidak puas belanja disini, berikutnya saya skip toko ini!
Edit: ibu saya kesini lg bawa tas belanja dan tetep diinput plastiknya, jd sy ubah bintang 2 menjadi bintang 1
Bad service. Here's my experience shopping at Alfamart Lontar Raya:
1. The intention of the linkaja top up but the cashier said it can't be a linkaja top up PADAHAL from the linkaja app again there is a promo if top up is on Alfamart. Who can't use the Alfamart, the system, what's the EMPLOYEE?
2. Already in line, there are customers cutting in line, with the cashier being served, not firm!
3. The cashier forgot to input theontact card. Instead of apologizing, instead pretended to scan the ponta after the receipt came out. Honestly, if you forget, let cust respect. After 2x trx the cashier forgot to return the ponta card too, it had to be reminded
4. Already use your own shopping bag, but still in the receipt plastic. Is the cashier new? NO! The same cashier as before. Are you asking for more training?
After 3 times in a row feel unsatisfied shopping here, next I skip this store!
Edit: my mother came here with a shopping bag and still put the plastic in, so I changed the 2 star to 1 star

Always if you want to use GoPay, the cashier always says you can't. Even the cashier wasn't wearing a mask, it was really bad
