★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here very often for breakfast. "Breakfast of Champion" is my go-to-dish. The coffee is great as well, especially the V-60 type. For the beans, I would normally ask what they had to offer for that day, since the waiters and waitresses are friendly. I'll always comeback here for coffee and work!

worst is french fries which taste like undone frying.
baileys chocolate cake is too dry due to long period in the chiller.
nasi cumi hitam rice is ok, but the squid fried with fluor does not match the local cuisine squid ink
toby's beef brisket burger tastes like minced beef fried with flour.
chicken mac & cheese taste not right and flour is too thick and under cooked.
only latte and heineken are worth the price
just order beer and coffee if you hang out here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy and beautifully decorated cafe in Ground Floor of MOI. Had a taste of their dirty chai, which is a cafe latte sprinkled with spices, bringing out a wonderful aroma. The truffle parmesan fries are also delectable, with great portion to share with friends.

The stars are for the crew, the ambience, the seating, the coffee. But alas, not the food and thus the food price.
The drinks, well, I ordered heineken which at 55k per bottle is quite a okay for a restaurant in a grande mall. One incident though, the first frozen beer glass was dirty with dirt, so the crew change my bottle and glass with a new one. The cappucino was good. Beautifully crafted of froth and had a balance palate.
Now, the food.
I had my doubt when my first order came, it was just a plain simple thing, fried string potatoes. They were dry, bland, skinny and lame.
Then the second plate came, mac and cheese. It went with two 1/8 fried chicken i.e. one drumstick and one rib. They both were floury thickness, my daughter just left it untouched. The mac cheese was nice though.
The third was black ink squid fried rice, what I spotted first was the oily thingy of crackers. The rice was bland.
The fourth was brisket burger. The round bread tasted like yesterday bread, the patty tasted like dry minced beef. The condiment? Oh my, the same bland tasteless skinny shoestring potatoes. That was the first time ever that my daughter would not finish her fav of all time food -> fried shoestring potatoes.
The fifth was bailey cake. It was dry. It tasted like a leftover cake that you keep in the fridge from yesterday. I also noticed that a couple of bailey cakes from other patrons left unfinished at their tables.
What a shame.
Come on guys, you can do better than this.
Keep on the namesake.
