Today is my lucky day, a kind security who works at this store found my laptop and keep it safe, his name is Hardio. At 9.15pm I come back and he give it back to me. Thank you sir, you're a honest person.

Employee not knowing the menu. Even when told to add Carmel on top, he asked money for that. Had to convince him through confirmation from other Starbucks employee that Caramel cream Frappuccino comes with this topping for free. That's why only three stars.
