Feedback TK Negeri Pembina Kartasura: > Internal administrasi ~ Tidak menerapkan pembayaran non tunai dimasa covid19. Sebenarnya sudah diingatkan sebelum masa covid19, alasannya uang cuma sedikit tidak perlu transfer. ~ Staf minimum pengetahuan tentang teknologi, masih menggunakan buku manual untuk merekap pembayaran, bahkan mencatat pembayaran menggunakan pensil. ~ Pernah kehilangan uang diruang administrasi, dengan alasan tuyul (mahluk ghoib). Harusnya di maksimalkan rekening atas nama instansi dan terus belajar teknologi. ~ Semua instansi pendidikan pasti suka dengan wali murid yang patuh dengan pembayaran alias tidak pernah menunggak karena disitu ada hak gaji para pengajar. Terlunasi untuk jangka panjang, namun bagian administrasi dihitung/di tulis tiap bulan. Jadi uang yang sudah dibayarkan status nitip. Aneh kan? > Internal SDM ~ Kurang energic dan responsif. ~ Tidak mengerti aturan dari pemerintah selama pandemi covid19. Tetap menyelenggarakan belajar tatap muka. ~ Mayoritas usia pengajar sudah lanjut. ~ Kami menyayangkan sosialisasi bantuan dari pemerintah untuk anak didiknya kurang cepat bahkan tidak tahu. Itupun wali murid yang mengingatkan. ~ Terdapat pengajar tanpa gelar pendidikan, alhasil tentu tidak menguasai cara mengajar dan beretika. ~ Sering menceletuk dibelakang dari dalam kelas, membully kekurangan seorang anak didiknya, tidak menunjukkan etika guru. ~ Sering menceletuk di belakang dari dalam kelas, membully wali murid tentang profesinya, menyerang nama baik keluarga. ~ Tidak terbiasa ber-argumen dengan baik, alhasil saat menyampaikan pendapat Hanya emosi dan prilaku yang menyudutkan suatu pribadi. Cara menyampaikannya tidak mencerminkan pendidikannya. Memalukan sekali. Hingga wali murid tidak terdaftar dalam undangan saat event sekolah, bahkan digrub medsos sudah ditandai wali murid tertentu bahwasannya "kami tidak suka anda". ~ Mayoritas cara berpikirnya masih masa lalu, contoh: "anak kami jika sekolah disini apakah yakin bisa baca? " Jawabannya: "Itu tergantung ortunya" Padahal konteksnya disekolah, bukan ranah sepulang sekolah. Harusnya jawaban yang benar, kami akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin dengan SDM yang kami punya. ~ Cara kerjanya seperti hanya aktifitas saja/robot. Tidak inisiatif bagaimana instansi ini agar bisa maju dilihat dari berbagai aspek. ~ Kepala sekolahnya sering memutuskan kebijakan aturan yang tidak segaris dengan aturan pemerintah daerah hingga pusat. Contoh: Dinas pendidikan setempat mengatakan "kami juga patuh aturan PPKM" dan surat edaran Bupati juga demikian. Artinya sekolah belajar online & dirumah saja. Tapi kepala sekolah menerapkan belajar tatap muka. ~ Pengajar ada yang meninggal dimasa covid19, seminggu sebelumnya padahal bertemu wali murid mangatakan "Maaf ya, saya kurang enak badan dan pilek/flu" terlihat kesusahan bernafas. ~ Tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik, contoh: cek suhu tubuh. Air cuci tangan hanya tersedia di depan kelas B (pada saat itu). ~ Sebenarnya sang penegak hukum sudah mengetahuinya tentang aktifitas instansi tersebut yang tidak sesuai. Tinggal mengeksekusi dan menunggu perintah. Waktu berlalu, instansi tersebut masih diberikan nasib baik yang menyelamatkan para induvidu didalamnya. > Lingkungan & budaya sekolah ~ Cukup asri, tapi kurang terawat. ~ Tidak ada penjagaan di pintu gerbang, disaat anak didiknya teledor. Disekitar ada sungai, semak belukar dan jalan raya. ~ Para wali murid tertentu biasanya menunggu di gedung spilut, yang kurang terpuji disitu ngegosip ngomongin orang. > Saran ~ SDM tolong dievaluasi menyeluruh, tentang kualifikasi pendidikan & kecakapan pengetahuan sesuai bidang pekerjaannya masing-masing. ~ Instansi berstatus negeri bahkan pembina, tentu menjadi percontohan, namun dilihat berbagai aspek tidak sesuai. ~ SDM jika usia lanjut tolong dirotasi ke instansi yang sesuai. Atau pensiunkan dini. Dengan alasan berkurangnya performen, dengan seperti itu maka akan menjadi karakter instansi kurang baik. ~ Masih banyak tenaga pendidik yang lebih muda, energic profesional berkompeten dan cara berfikir masa kini.

Or retire early.
