Kebanyakan warga sekitar memanfaatkan Pegadaian ini, hampir sebagian besar menggadaikan emas, berbentuk perhiasan. Sebagian lagi menggadaikan mobil, dan barang berharga lainnya. Pelayanan cepat, tidak bertele-tele, dan masyarakat puas. "Daripada ke Bank, urusannya ribet, mending di Pegadaian saja, cepat dapat uang untuk kebutuhan," kata Bu Sarmi penduduk Pabelan.
