★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love to give more stars if it's not because:
- no wifi here, even though on tiket.com it's listed there (it's another story if they don't list it there)
- on their instagram they have a highlight story for safety and hygiene protocols so we assume they do it right, but when we arrived there, we didn't get our body temperature checked and the employees were not wearing mask properly when facing visitors
- some rules are told differently by the staffs there; lack of coordination between staffs
Other than that, the place itself is very relaxing and cozy, the food is good, and we spent the night here for the private hot spring and it's really nicee, the temperature is just right, not too hot. There's also a river down the villa that I think will be a good place to play with your kids.
Oh one more thing, the road to there is very narrow, winding, and crowded on weekend, so if you go by car make sure the driver is skilled.

Since their rate is not cheap, IMO, they should be better than this.
After booking until I paid full amount on site there are no explanation about everything, so you need to be the one who ask.
Ex : no information that the kitchen/resto operational hour only until 7 PM, so if you call after that to ask for your dinner there will be no one answering your phone ?
But... even when I called at 6.05 still no one answering ?. In conclusion, it's really hard to reach the kitchen staff unless you called the receptionist first and ask for your food.
No much option too... but the taste are good for me so I'm okay with that.
If you come in rainy season, I suggest you to bring your own umbrella bcs they're not providing it.
I think they also need to pay attention for some details, ex : when I came, the toilet paper was run out and they will not change it if you were not asking.
But I really love that this is the "pet friendly" resort ? and if you love privacy this is just the right place.
So if you think to spend more than a night, consider again. But I recommend you their tracking package, it was fun. After tracking you can just rent the hotspring pool, no need to stay the night, if you're not the typical patience person ?

Even you just enjoy the onsen, they also have very clean toilet for visitor

we had to move ourself to get wifi
there is no hot water in bathroom
and no hair dryer in the room
toilet is such dirty
it costs 1.6 juta one night
I had terrible experience in this villa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for the two stars, but I had a bad experience during my stay at Tirta Arsanta. Well, the hot spring, the location is nice and natural, however my booking status was cancelled just right on D-day and I booked nearly one month before. Jeeez, can't believe such thing happened.
