★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sangat menyukai masakan jawa timur. Dan ini salah satu mengapa saya memesan dan mencoba paket Nasi Timbel Empal di Tip-Top di food court lantai atas ITC BSD.
Tip-Top sendiri brand resto yg cukup terkenal jaman dulu di Surabaya. Terkenal dg Sayur asem-nya yg "Segar" serta keempukan ayam/empalnya... dan plus Sambal-nya yg sangat lezat dan membuat lidah berdansa.
Tip-Top ini kata Mas Penjaganya cabang dari Surabaya. Dan setelah sy coba, rasanya 11/12.. walau ada sesuatu yg kurang. Namun bagi pencinta kuliner Surabaya, makanan ini bisa mengobati kangen rindu nostalgia masakan Surabaya.
I really like East Java cuisine. And this is one of the reasons why I ordered and tried the Empal Timbel Rice package at Tip-Top at the ITC BSD top floor food court.
Tip-Top itself is a well-known restaurant brand in Surabaya. Famous for its "Fresh" sour vegetables and their tender chicken / empal ... and plus the Sambal which is very delicious and makes the tongue dance.
Tip-Top said the Guardian of the branch from Surabaya. And after I tried, it was 11/12 ... even though there was something missing. But for Surabaya culinary lovers, this food can treat longing nostalgic for Surabaya cuisine.
