 Mba opratornya jutek and ignorant. I don't know how the mba wrote the wrong address even though the address was given completely, I didn't ask the recipient's phone number too. Finally, the item isn't ready because the address isn't complete. Thanks mba Tiki

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di google tutup jam 21.00, saya datang jam 18.19, dia bilang sudah tutup, orang nya ada lagi tiduran di lantai depan mejanya, pintunya masih di buka.
Tapi petugasnya bilang "mbak sudah tutup, paketnya sudah di pickup", lalu saya bilang gapapa masuk pickup besok, yg penting di input, kata mbak nya "yah itu nya udah saya matiin (mungkin yg di maksud komputernya) gak bisa", ngomong nya juga masih tiduran dan cuek.. jadi baiknyaaaaa ini jam buka tutup nya di ganti sajaaaa!! Sudah capek2 cari TIKI pake google Maps..
Mendingan Tulis tutupnya jam 6 sore.. Jangan jam 21.00, nanti banyak yg tertipu
Daaaan kalau bisa itu lebih ramah lagi buat petugasnya, lebih sopan lagi, kalau ada tamu datang, bangun dulu dr tidurannya.. Baru jawab customernya.... terimakasih.

Better. Write the closing at 6 in the evening .. Not at 21.00, many will be deceived
Daaaan if possible it is even more friendly for the officers, more polite, if a guest comes, wake up first from lying down .. Just answer the customer .... thank you.
