The society is good. Lucky us, we have kind neighbours surrounded.
Its location is in central of Jakarta, so you can go to everyplace you need very easily.
It's located beside of the main broadway & near the TransJakarta shelter. And of course easy to catch other public transportation, such as Kopaja, Merromini, & Angkot.
For Muslim, there's an enough-large Musholla at A-Tower, so you can do jama'ah everyday.
It's also near the biggest mosque of Matraman & very close to the mosque of Social Department.
You won't worry if you want to make your pray better & much better (e.g. Doing Jama'ah/Sholat Berjamaah).
For sports, there are swimming pool, badminton court, & table tennis room.
There are Indomaret, Alfamart, & Seven Eleven. And for SevEl only, they open 24 hours.
There are barber, salon & spa for woman, laundry outlets, dining places, baby/children daycare, etc.
The car & motorcycle park area is quite large & very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An affordable apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment maintanence is not five-star if you ask me. The elevators broken seldomly. The facilities aren't good enough. However, the strategic location makes this apartment worth taking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super strategic, takes only minutes from train station, terminals, hospitals, etc. Currently the road access is a bit confusing due to the ongoing underpass project.
Children playground, swimming pool, perfect for family. Alfamart, indomaret and family mart open 07-22, don't worry about supplies. Traditional tukang sayur are operational until around 10-11am, inside the 2-wheelers parking lot of tower B basement, vegs fruits chicken fish and other produces, cheap. Lots of laundry shops, 2 pharmacies, some cafes and restaurants (and warteg just outside next to an exit gate). Cash machines: BNI, Mandiri.
Car parking is one tricky thing, spots are limited so coming home late in the night during the normal weekdays may end up making one lap or two trying to find one sweet precious spot which is actually not exist unless you are in your lucky day. But you can still hand your key to vallet guys for 10k charge.
