★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think we have to be a little careful about renting in this apartment, my experience was quite disappointing, when the initial agreement which is I decided to deal with one month's rent, I asked them what other fees would be charged to me at the end of the month?
There are several costs, such as maintenance, electricity and water.
It was a reasonable fees I think.
I have to keep a deposit of 2 million rupiah, which will be returned after the rental period is over.
And after the lease ended, I had to wait a month for the deposit refund and surprisingly I had to pay the servicing of two AC units.
What a bad experience I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my chance to stay here for few days in order to attend some business event.
In my opinion, Bassura City is a decent place.
For rooms, I think they have modest kind of it but that's pretty nice if we compare it with the cost they charge to us.
Just don't expect for luxury or super comfy atmosphere in the room.
It's relatively cheap and adequately good. That's it.
Accessibility is the king here, this apartment built on the good spot in Jakarta. Easy to reach in and depart to other well known area in Jakarta i.e. Kuningan or Cawang.
And also they got a mall or shopping avenue (if you like to say so) close to the apartment.
There you may have good dining, clothes shopping time, coffee break or just simple basic shopping since they provide supermarket in it.
So I think that's all I can say for Bassura City.
Recommended place to stay: YES
except for a comfy and refreshing staycation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This kind of scenery we can get if the weather good. For those who worked in north, south and east area, Bassura the perfect place to stay. Learn many tips and trick especially when something happen in our unit and needed help from engineer. after office hour was the perfect timing if something happen in the unit and need to be fix.
Not satisfy with the cable tv which is using K-Vision. sometimes it's freeze whenever we watch movie. Can't wait for KFC that finally almost open in mall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place but still a lot of empty units. I like the swimming pool in the weekdays - cz I am avoiding masses of people in the weekend. Would be great if they have choices of food. It's not fully operated yet! Not a fan of the announcement system - too loud and if they have events in the morning in the weekend and you just want to sleep for hours, it can be hellish ?
