Satu kayen offer a unique javanese keraton, tropical and mid century design in the interior and building architecture that makes you feel in another multiverse (because the style is so unique for me). Another important feature in this place is a kitchen, so if you like to cook your own food while traveling this place suits you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two nights with my friends (March 2017), we rented the entire house at the back with 2 floors & 3 bedrooms. Loved it! I loved the decor, furnitures, batik sandals, everything. No smoking inside the house but there's a spacious balcony upstairs.The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave me a good impression on Jogja hospitality. It's quite far from Malioboro compared to other hotels though, but since Jogja isnt that big, nothing is actually too far. So i didn't mind. Worth it!

It is suitable for people who needs a calm and comfortable place to stay. I recommend it for a short staycation in the middle of you bussiness day. RECOMMENDED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with a beautiful view. It has 15 rooms, a nice swimming pool, and outdoor space to chill & relax. I love the traditional design. The room is clean, simple but nice, the staff are good & friendly. Thing that need to fix is the location on google maps.
